I always feel the urge to bawl uncontrollably during the “Bookends Theme” scene in the denouement of (500) Days of Summer. What if we’re all just looking back on the “good stuff”? What if there is something missing in our replaying of past events?

This semester, I have class five days a week at 8AM. I know that in order to be ready for the day in time, I have to wake up and start getting ready around 6:45AM. Of course this morning (even though I went to bed considerably early last night, at around 11PM), I do not want to get out of bed and don’t wake up until half an hour after I’m supposed...
